As an Ordained Pastor, retired educator, Chaplain, Certified Transformational and Spiritual Life Coach, author, and Pastoral Care Counselor at the Family Peace Center of Rockford, IL, I support individuals navigating trauma, crisis, life transitions, and personal development. Through Manifest Destiny Ministries International, I currently offer online counseling, pastoral care, and coaching services. Destiny Cares Resilience & Empowerment Collective represents the next step in this lifelong mission—integrating spiritual care, emotional wellness, vocational training, and community-based programs. Our expanded facility is scheduled to open in 2026.

Welcome to Destiny Cares Resilience and Empowerment Collective.
For more than three decades, I have witnessed the deep need for spaces where people can heal, be supported, and be given real opportunities to rebuild their lives. I created Destiny Cares REC because individuals and families deserve more than temporary help—they deserve long term pathways to hope, stability, and purpose.
Our work is rooted in compassion, faith, and a deep belief that every person carries potential waiting to be unlocked. Through trauma informed support, emotional wellness services, vocational training, life skills education, and pastoral care, we walk alongside those who are rebuilding their stories. We meet people where they are, honor their dignity, and help them rise.
